Meet Our Farmers

We source directly from a network of 15+ women-owned sea farms throughout the state of Maine and take them to market through variety of cross-collaborative events.

Environmental Sustainability

Farmed oysters are gentle on our marine environment and, in many cases, even beneficial to it. They require no added food, chemicals, fertilizers, antibiotics, or freshwater. As filter feeders, oysters play a crucial role in improving the health of our waters by absorbing excess nutrients, like nitrogen, which humans are responsible for introducing.

By growing more of our seafood and harvesting less from the wild, we actively protect and, in some cases, help restore wild shellfish populations and their habitats. This business was born out of a deep love for the coast of Maine and a commitment to preserving and maintaining it to the best of my ability.
